People always ask me is there anything else I do other than Arthro-Pilates™ to keep myself looking and feeling great.

The answer is Yes! STRETCH CLASS!

Stretching a few times a week helps to improve flexibility and increase the range of motion of joints.

It is my recommendation that you attend at least one of these classes a week in addition to Arthro-Pilates™
